Hunting Season 2006-2007
Rates and Rules:
Full day hunt $600.
Includes 18 bird limit, license, guide and lunch
Two person minimum
½ day hunt $375.
Includes 12 bird limit, license, guide
Two person minimum
½ day hunt with lunch $395.
Same as above with a four person minimum
Full Day hunt with lodging $825.
Minimum 4 people
½ day hunts with lodging are only sold as part of a full day
hunting package.
Those prices would be as follows:
½ day hunt with lodging $695.
Full day hunt with lodging 825.
An additional half day hunt with the above package 480.
We strongly advise our corporate clients to consider the above
Package. You would arrive for lunch on the first day and hunt
In the PM. Then, you will have one full day of hunting the second
Day. Some of your hunters may wish to leave at this time, and
Others may like to stay and leave after lunch. This allows more
Flexibility for those flying in from long distances giving more time to relax and enjoy Charlane Plantation.
Requirement for exclusivity of the Plantation for your group is
8 hunters per day.
You may have guests along for the hunts and that cost is:
With lodging $375.
Day hunts 125.
Additionally, we offer:
Birds cleaned and frozen: $.85 each
Additional birds over the limit: $8.00 each
Gun rental $25. Per day
Shells are available. Price upon request
You are welcome to bring your own dogs to hunt with us.

Gun Rental is $25.
Premier Hunting is available for quail and deer packages:
$1000.00 per day per person. This is a four person minimum.
TURKEY HUNT PACKAGES: $1250. Per person for two
Nights lodging with pm/am/pm/am hunt schedule.
Two gobbler limit per hunter..no jakes…
Additional gobblers $325.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
All hunts booked require a 50% Deposit.
Hunts booked prior to September 1 st require a 10% nonrefundable
Deposit. An additional 40% is required on Sepember 1 st .
We are requiring signed agreements for booking the hunts. Please
Be careful in booking your party. Last minutes cancellations are
Not accepted, and you will be billed for the full amount of the hunt. Our work begins well in advance of your
arrival.
Due to the nature of our facility and the limited amount of time for hunting, we require 30 days notice to cancel a hunt. Otherwise, we will work with you to reschedule.
Balance is due at the end of the hunt.
We accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express Cards.
Georgia sales tax is 7%
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
We require all persons participating in the hunt and riding
Along with the hunt to sign a disclaimer agreement.
The consumption of alcohol prior to or during any shooting
Activity is not allowed. Anyone found doing so will not be allowed to shoot. NO EXCEPTIONS!

ANY DOG SHOT CARRIES A PENALTY OF $3000.
